dear friends,.

it has been a long time since i have posted.

time heals much pain, and finally, my family and i have been able to move on with our life outside of jw land.. many of you became our friends, our support system, and you know very well our exit story...we were labeled, slandered and disfellowshipped for having questions regarding the date 607. we sent out letters exposing the elders and circuit overseer to over 200 families.

here is another scan from the finished mystery...again..supposed "food at the proper time" from christ jesus himself..... 3:16 so then.-"the spring of 1878, corresponding to the date at which our lord assumed the office of king,........".

just came across this tidbit from the finished mystery, from the organization, in the early years.

keep in mind that these bible students were supposedly selected out of all mankind on the earth to feed christs sheep at the proper time, with "spiritual food"...here is some of that "food" that was supposedly from christ himself:.

first century governing body?the watchtower claims that a formal governing body was established in the first century, which is used as the basis for how the governing body of the watchtower society operate today.. "while all anointed christians collectively form god's household, there is abundant evidence that christ chose a small number of men out of the slave class to serve as a visible governing body.

the early history of the congregation shows that the 12 apostles, including matthias, were the foundation of the first-century governing body.

" - watchtower 1990 mar 15 p.11 the term "governing body" is 'loaded language' as it never appears in the scriptures and so has unique application within the pages of the watchtower.

does anyone know where is it where the society is referencing how if you were to find your religon wasn't being truthful would you trust them with other beliefs?

of course they were reffering to other religions..i cannot recall where that is..anyone remember??.

good morning everyone..."happy monday" to you!!.

so for some time now, in attempt to help prevent the dubs from spreading their lies in the magazines, my parents (rock hound and little bo peep) have been stopping by the local laundry mats and taking out all the watchtower and awakes that are left behind and with a pen they write on the magazine, see jwfacts.com, and then they highlight it, and put it back in the laundry mat!

they have been doing this for some time now, and guess what??

ok so a year and a half ago i met my husband home for lunch, as i was leaving we see our ex jw neighbors house be surrounded by people wearing vests and caps that say swatt team.

we thought ,"what the heck is going on!!

hello friends... just found out that at the recent one day assembly they are now really discouraging people from getting married!!!!!

they will lose young ones like crazy if they start telling them that they cannot get married...what are these sexually frusterated young people to do??

you cannot masterbate, you cannot have sex outside of marriage (not that i would encourage it either, but...), now you cannot even get married?????

just had lunch with a inactive jw friend of mine who is well on her way out.

she said that when the she went to the kingdom hall the week of the circuit overseers visit, he said from the platform, that if anyone had done any wrong doing in the past, no matter how long ago, and had never come forward to tell the elders, then they would not make it into the new system, but would rather die at armegedon!!.

i guess after that talk the elders were inindated and they began privately, and publically reproving, and removing ones!!
